Climate and energy technologies producer Danfoss has announced its acquisition of Finnish electric systems manufacturer Visedo Oy, integrating the company into Danfosss Power Solutions business segment. The acquisition includes all Visedo subsidiaries globally and a design and manufacturing site at its headquarters in Lappeenranta.
