Ecomar Propulsion and Argo-Anleg have formed a partnership to sell full hydrogen solutions in the UK and Ireland – bundling production, storage and distribution technologies into a single offering.

With a range of hydrogen dispensers, storage and gas handling solutions up to 700bar, the partners can offer customers in the UK and Ireland access to a complete range of hydrogen systems and bespoke project designs – many of which have already received marine, ADR and classification society approval, say the companies.

This partnership covers the entire H2 value chain, from electrolysers to piping, valves, tanks and filling stations.

Ecomar Propulsions says its patented electric drives, digital controls and battery technologies mean the partnership can offer a one-stop shop for clean energy and power management.

Ecomar CEO Eugene Bari said, “We have been working with Argo-Anleg for a few years and this partnership leverages our respective skills and capabilities. It gives us the ability to produce sophisticated products with a single partner who really understands the market and its requirements.”

Jan Andreas, managing director of Argo-Anleg, added, “With over 20 years expertise in hydrogen engineering we are delighted to be able to open our products to the UK and Irish markets. The partnership with Ecomar Propulsion gives us a local partner that has complementary skills and the same ambition as we have to expand the hydrogen sector.”
