Advanced Maritime Technology, the world’s leading exhibition and conference for maritime electrification, decarbonization and GHG reduction solutions, opens next week at the RAI Amsterdam in the Netherlands.

The newly launched Advanced Maritime Technology is an expanded, future‑focused event that brings together the former Electric & Hybrid Marine and Autonomous Ship events into one collaborative platform shaped directly by attendee feedback and the accelerating pace of technological change across the sector.

The new format provides deeper insight, clearer structure and more opportunities for meaningful discussion than ever before.

A showfloor full of innovation

Taking place on June 16, 17 and 18, 2026, this event will feature state-of-the-art technological advances, facilitate strategic networking connections and examine key regulatory challenges. Professionals from around the world will showcase the latest developments in efficient maritime technology, including electric and hybrid marine transportation and propulsion solutions, shore charging equipment and emerging energy-efficient technologies.

Designed entirely around the industry’s needs, the 2026 edition introduces a significantly expanded program of panel discussions, shines a spotlight on rapidly growing areas such as infrastructure, regulation and finance, and presents a pragmatic approach to automation, prioritizing technologies that deliver immediate, real‑world benefits.

Advanced Maritime Technology offers the most relevant, insightful and comprehensive environment for maritime professionals, uniting the full smart‑ship ecosystem across both conference and expo for the first time.

Expert speakers

The event’s industry-leading conference will feature more than 80 expert speakers across a wide-ranging and varied program. The top operators and experts from across the sector will be on hand to share their expertise and experience in a series of presentations, panels and moderated sessions. Find out more about the conference program here.

Short course expertise

The Handling Lithium‑Ion Battery Fires short course will provide focused, practical training on a critical and increasingly relevant safety topic. The course is accessible at €990 (US$1,150) for conference delegates, offering an opportunity to build specialist knowledge alongside the main program. Standalone purchase options are also available for those attending independently, making the course a flexible choice whether you are enhancing your conference experience or joining specifically for this expert-led training. Find out more about the short course here.

AMTI Awards 2026

The Advanced Maritime Technology International Awards will also be presented at the show, on Tuesday, June 16 in the expo hall. You can find out more about this year’s shortlisted entries here, and find out more about previous winners over at Advanced Maritime Technology International magazine – the official media partner of the event.
