Echandia is showing its new Core battery technology at Advanced Maritime Technology Expo 2026.

The company’s team manager for technical sales, Felix Backgard, told Advanced Maritime Technology International that Core is a high-energy marine battery system designed to deliver the perfect balance between performance, lifetime and cost – but at 30% lower cost and 30% smaller footprint than Echandia’s previous products.

He explained how the company managed to retain system performance while reducing cost and packaging, and said, “Whenever you’re constrained for space, this product will really help.”

Watch the video to find out more about Core, or visit the Echandia team at Booth 5020.

It’s not too late to attend the show! Register here for your FREE pass to Advanced Maritime Technology Expo, which runs until June 18 at RAI Amsterdam
