With ever growing pollution control measures implemented in many harbors across the globe, there is an increasing demand for low- or zero-emissions tugs and other service vessels. To address this demand, Navtek Naval Technologies has developed the ZEETUG, the world’s first zero-emissions tugboat, with the first vessel, Gisas Power, having just entered service in the Port of Tuzla, Istanbul, Turkey.
